Gratitude
By downloading, installing, or using Gratitude ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Gratitude is a daily journaling app that helps you reflect on what you're thankful for. The App allows you to create journal entries, attach photos, and optionally log mindful sessions to Apple Health.
You retain full ownership of all journal entries, photos, and other content you create in the App. Your content is stored in your private iCloud account and on your device. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to your content.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal journaling tool. You may not:
The App may offer optional in-app purchases handled by Apple through StoreKit. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. Availability and reliability of iCloud services are governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service disruptions.
You may export your data or permanently delete all your data at any time through the App's Settings. Deletion removes data from both your device and iCloud.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brutechild, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Brutechild, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
